MRG Studio have worked with HUB and CJCT architects towards the submission of a planning application for a canal-side residential development in Leeds.
The proposed masterplan includes over 400 new flats in two buildings, set in a biodiverse landscape that will be open to public access on the ground floor, and a podium terrace for residents. The landscape and public realm design aim to create an active and vibrant hub on a site rich in industrial and natural heritage.
