MRG Studio have worked with HUB and CJCT architects on a new canal-side residential development in Leeds.
The proposed masterplan includes over 400 new flats in two buildings, set in a biodiverse landscape that are open to public access on the ground floor, and a podium terrace for residents. The landscape and public realm design aim to create an active and vibrant hub on a site rich in industrial and natural heritage.
The landscape was completed in late 2025 and is now open to the public. It is already being well used by both residents and visitors, helping to activate the area and bringing new life and activity to the surrounding neighbourhood.
